    Beginning the path of the Hunter

    Hi there! I am at the very beginning. I`m around 1,65m tall and weigh around 100kg (220lbs). Over the course of the last decade I have had problems with my weight, gaining a lot because of spiteful comments and nasty people surrounding me. I have now found a nice place with friendly people, thus I have now a lot more energy and motivation at hand and I wish to use it for my everyday-training. In details, I am starting with yoga, Foundation Light, and a workout about the muscles of the upper body + Cardio Go. Please wish me luck and make suggestions, if I should change anything of my workout.

              Welcome , my only suggestion is that you do something each day even if you really can't be bothered or if you are feeling sore, do the lightest workout on here for 1-3 sets if that's all you can manage, try to keep it in your mind every day without obsessing and don't be afraid of asking questions this community is great.
