            UKmanUK12 Initially this event seemed like something interesting to do on the side, in the meantime or in the lunchbreak, but I have the feeling it starts super easy to lure you in and then it starts hiding that clover deeper and deeper. Either this or I am very unlucky. Today it took 280 shoulder taps I hope tomorrow I don't regret not stopping at 150

            DAY 27:
            40 minutes bike riding
            Program TEN day 27
            Glutes of steel Challenge day 27
            Yoga abs Challenge day 27
            Challenge 1 minute plank day 11
            Daily dare 40 balance side lunges 20 per leg with extra credit (18/19 done with "extra credit" so far)
            Clover Field event: 280 shoulder taps to get the clover

                Rahjenaos <Totals> is on the top of my list, the only thing that I am still considering is if I will be able to do all the push ups, yesterday I tried doing some push ups during the day but I think I did only 20 in total (maybe I will have to start with knee push ups and go from there, but I don't like simplifying excercises )

                Challenge 1 minute plank day 13 (again 2min)
                DD 40 single arm climbers 20 per arm with extra credit (19/20 done with "extra credit" so far)

                  didn't you want to stop doing that clover field thing?

                  Regarding the pushups:
                  doing them on knees know vs trying to do them at some point in the future is not making it easier. It makes you tougher faster. If you need to do it that way in order to build up the muscles to do all the pushups in great form then may it be so. It is not simplifying but rather enabling you to do harder stuff earlier. think about it that way!

                    Rahjenaos ​​​​​​ I did want to stop the clover field thing, but it is a bit like the 1 minute plank challenge - it bugs me not to finish stuff that I start so I just keep going (and I am starting to think it helps with the 5-min plank)
                    Regarding the push ups, if you put it this way it sounds much better. And I guess you are right, I have to start doing them somehow (knees or no knees) now in order to be able to do them properly later
                    . Boom!!

                    Challenge 1 minute plank day 14 ( got to 2:30 min today before I crumbled to the ground I am surprised but it is getting a bit easier, especially if I do it earlier in the workout)

                    Clover Field event: 110 shoulder taps to get the clover
                    And because I was feeling extra motivated today 60 leg raises and 20 push ups BOOM

                        yeyyyy badges dayyyy Complited the TEN program, the Glutes of steel Challenge and the Yoga abs Challenge today, and got the 30 day badge in addition
                        Now I am at a dilemma -> should I take the 4 easier programs which I will otherwise probably not do + a themed week and some challenges, or do I do <Totals> + a themed week and some challenges.... hmmm or maybe I take one easier program in addition to the <Totals> (and whatever comes next) so that I can do those as well.... Decisions, decisions

                        DAY 30:
                        30 min run
                        Program TEN day 30
                        Glutes of steel Challenge day 30 -> 100 leg raises per leg
                        Yoga abs Challenge day 30
                        Challenge 1 minute plank day 15 (2:10 min today)
                        DD 200 punches with extra credit (21/22 done with "extra credit" so far)
                        Clover Field event: 70 shoulder taps to get the clover
