    Yoga abs Challenge day 19
    Daily challenge 30 knee crunches with extra credit (10/11 done with "extra credit" so far)
    Aperantly there is a 1 minute plank challenge and since I am doing 1 minute planks for 4 days now I might as well add this challenge to the list so 1 minute plank challenge day 4
    Abs are burning, so the accio abs must be working

            Rahjenaos I've been looking into what I can start with next. I saw 2-3 challenges that I am eager to try out, but I am still undecided on the next program I will do. I actually had a look at the one you are doing now (the <Totals>) but I am not sure if I am ready for it I will look at the programs again, but I am open for suggestions if you have some

            Challenge 1 minute plank day 6 (did 1min and 30sec today and barely made it, so still far from the 5 minutes )
            Daily challenge 20 plank jump-ins with extra credit (12/13done with "extra credit" so far)

                Planks are a strange exercise, some days they're easier other day 10 seconds in and you begin to shake the room haha, keep going! good to see you logging

                      Clover Field event: found a "sandwich" after the firs 10 shoulder taps kept going for 30 more until I found a clover

                        Daily dare 60 seconds side plank hold for each side with extra credit (15/16 done with "extra credit" so far)
                        Clover Field event: apparently I was really lucky to find a clover after only 4 tries yesterday. Today it took 9 series of 10 shoulder taps to find it

                          Good job once again.
                          I checked out the clover field once and found it on first try. I then decided it must be buggy and left ^^

                          Otherwise: hmmm... I guess i have to incorporate planks into my workout just to make sure that I don't fall behind for too long with the 5min plank badge that you will have in three weeks...

                            Rahjenaos The clover field must be bias or not like me at all because today I needed 120 shoulder taps to find it . And for the planks I think I will need much more than 3 weeks to get to 5 minutes (I crumble on the 1:30 for now ) So you have more time to incorporate planks into your workouts, but if you do it will put more pressure to get it so go ahead and we can motivate eachother

                            Daily dare 2 min jumping jacks with extra credit (16/17 done with "extra credit" so far)
                            Clover Field event: as I saied this event doesn't like me very much -> 120 shoulder taps to get the clover

                                Yoga abs Challenge day 26
                                Challenge 1 minute plank day 10 -> Finally managed to hold for 2 minutes. Still a long way to the 5 but it gives me hope
                                Daily dare 30 leg raises with extra credit (17/18 done with "extra credit" so far)
                                Didn't do the clover field event today, because in TEN I already did 80 shoulder taps and was not in a mood for another surprise of 120 more
