            Hmmm, what's next? Good question Anek It was again a difficult choice (which as always I left for the last minute ). I didn't want to take something very time consuming that I can't split throughout the day or can't do in a single ~15 minute workout at a time, because I will be starting my vaction at the end of next week and I will be traveling more in the next month so I wanted to have some flexibility (and to not jump around all that much so that people don't get annoyed with me and complain ). So programs similar to Cardio Trim (which btw. I liked a lot and I saw results from) were unfortunately not in the picture for this month. Hopefully, I can fit another one of this type next time I am choosing pograms. Since last time I was choosing programs I decided to leave the 30 days of Yoga program for next time, this was an easy decision. Then I wanted something a bit more challenging for my core strength so that I don't loose my plank progress (and the hard work I put into those desired abs ) during my vacation time, so I will try out the Core Strength program. And since I couldn't choose a third program for now I will add the Iron Glutes Challenge to the list since it looks like I can do this anywhere. To get the amount of workout I got used to in the past months I will probably do multiple days of the challenge and the programs when I have enough time and I hope this will compensate for not adding a third program Sooo this is the vague plan for now, let's see how this works out and if I will need to make some adjustments (I was thinking of adding some running days if I miss the cardio to much and if my dog enjoys it, but let's not get ahead of ourselves, no promises on that one )
            So enough babbling, lets get to what I actually did today

            DAY 151:

            Program Core Strength Day 1 Level 3 (no rest between sets)
            Program 30 days of Yoga Day 1
            ​ Program 30 days of Yoga Day 2
            Program 30 days of Yoga Day 3
            Iron Glutes Challenge Day 1
            Iron Glutes Challenge Day 2
            Iron Glutes Challenge Day 3 (in one go)
            DD 2 minutes high knees with EC (141/142 done with "extra credit" so far)
            Clover Field event: 220 shoulder taps to get the clover
