        5 Minute Plank Challenge day 18 (I am scared for tomorrow, I haven't gotten to 3min 20sec until now )

          Program Square One day 3 Level 3
          Program Reboot day 3 Level 3
          5 Minute Plank Challenge day 19 (First time making it to 3min 20sec , couldn't really move for a couple of seconds after I crumbled to the gound )
          ​ DD 40 side bridges with extra credit (54/55 done with "extra credit" so far)
          Iron Will Challenge day 24 (170 lunges -> 50+40+40+40)
          Clover Field event: 70 shoulder taps to get the clover
          ​ (Bonus) Extra Crunch Workout with Extra Credit
          (Bonus) 50 knee pushups - 50 squats - 50 sit ups (this type of bonus exercises I saw from Rahjenaos and decded to try this as well. I don't want to loose momentum on my push-up game )

          Today I couldn't do almost any of my workouts/programs/challenges in my work breaks and had to do everything in the evening. I was very surprised to realize that I am now spending 1h+ in total in exercising. I don't really notice it when I am doing everything throughout the day. Haven't had such a good regime in years.

                    DAY 64:

                    Program Square One day 4 Level 3 (again switched the sit to stand to squats)
                    Program Reboot day 4 Level 3 (whew, almost didn't make it to level 3 this time, those climbers really got me )
                    5 Minute Plank Challenge day 20 (Yeyyy another new personal best time 3:30, and strangely this time I didnt crumble to the ground motionless afterwards . Actually this time I felt as if I can go a little longer. Decided not to push my luck, there are more difficult days to come )
                    ​ DD 40 windshield wipers with extra credit (55/56 done with "extra credit" so far)
                    Iron Will Challenge day 25
                    Clover Field event: 30 shoulder taps to get the clover
                    ​ (Bonus) Spine Mobility Workout with Extra Credit (since this is an easy one I removed all the rests inbeween sets/exercises)

                    Today I got home pretty late from work and had to do everything on one go again. Therefore, I didn't have time for a second Bonus workout or a more difficult one. But those climbers got me so good that I didn't feel I need to do more today.

                                Clover Field event: 30 shoulder taps to get the clover
