Day Zero
Weight: 304.2 pounds
BF %: 48.2%
BMI: 42.5
I realized recently I could lose 100 pounds, and only barely be out of the ‘obese’ range.
My BMI classifies me as morbidly obese. I am literally so obese, I could die from that alone.
I also have high blood pressure, poor cholesterol, and high glucose/A1C. And all of that comes back to my weight, as does the low testerone, sleep apnea, macular degeneration.
If I lost 100 pounds, I could still be overweight, but who knows what my health could look like then?
It's past 10pm at this point, so I'm starting tomorrow. Tomorrow, I will start Vitality. Then I hope to do Baseline, Foundation Light, and Foundation. Also, with spring starting, I want to get back out there on hikes and walks with my boys as well.
I don't want to lay any long term plans, and end up burying myself in intentions with no starts. So, that's it-- 4 months to start.
the journey of a thousand steps begins with a single step, and I'm ready to take that first step.
