    Starting by getting out of the recliner and going to the old recumbent bike in my cold basement.
    Finding a plan and logging in @darebee.
    Putting on clothes that are not pajamas.

              Day 2 started at a different time than planned. Not late, just different. Feeling great already. Wondering how this workout recording post works.

              Weigh In. Stretch. HIIT Day 2. Bike 35. Stretch.

                I'm not sure what happened to day 3 post. I did repeat day 2. Skipped yesterday to do a work thing. Back today with same process It's working for me and I fell great. A little less like a couch slug. Looking at my bike. A real bike that goes outside and puts the wind on my face! 🚴🏼‍♀️

                  Sunday workout. Well first, this....

                  Whatever I did Friday kicked my a##. It was just some squats and calf raises. Looked pretty basic. Did 5 sets. Saturday I woke up to pain stiffness and tightness. Hahaha! I may have been wrong about the squats and calf raises. Stuck to walking in the park yesterday.

                  Today:
                  Everyday Stretching
                  Day 5 of 1-min HIIT 3 sets
                  Muffin Top Workout
                  Bike 30 min 6.3 mi 172 cals
                  Cool Down Stretching

                  I feel great overall. My core has needed attention for some time now! Here we go.
