    Foxhero's Battle

    Mindfull exercise and mindfull eating: moving every day and trying to figure out what is best for my body on this day using mainly Darebee bodyweight workouts *beacuse I like them*. Also walking or eliptical at home daily as much as I can while listening to music or watching Netflix *because otherwise I find it boring*. Really the only goal is moving and eating for enjoyment and feeling good. Sounds a bit stupid, but I never really had this as a goal before.

    Tried a lot of workout plans (darebee or others) and rarely finished them. Was often trying to force myself to do things I really did not enjoy. So the the main focus/goal now: 1. never exercise if its not fun and enjoyable 2. never eat anything that I don't like/find tasty

    Here I want to post:
    1. How I was moving on a day
    2. What I was eating on a day

    Also, I want to imagine being a black mage at all times → COOOOL
    I'm also very happy if someone reads or comments what I am doing! You are always welcome I myself am mostly just a good old lurker...

          - 9 900 Steps

          Food
          - nothing, just fluids till now (because of a nice feast yesterday, no real hunger today, bloating tho (//ω//)

                Move
                - Homemade Abs, Level I, 2 min Rest
                - about 7000 steps

                Food
                - Oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa (Reese's Style), Coffee with Milk
                - 1 slice sourdough rye bread, a bit of ajvar, a bit of cottage cheese, palm big "water-fried" beef steak
                - 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and boiled sweet potato

                  - Helped a friend move the whole day!
                  - Top to bottom Workout
                  - many steps!

                  Food
                  - Oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa (Reese's Style), Coffee with Milk
                  - many things at the friends place (burgers, quiche, coffee...)
