On Saturday: Full Circuit Day 7
Sunday: Active rest and... hangover day, roughly 30min of biking
Today: Full Circuit Day 8

On the 6th, unfortunately, I was feeling sick, so I havn't done a workout.
Tuesday, I did 1,5h of biking.
Yesterday, 1h of biking and 3 sets of pull-ups.
Today: Full Circuit Day 5, and I tried my dumbell and did some bicep curls just for the fun of it

Yesterday was Full Circuit Day 3, and today Full Circuit Day 4 .
On top, some pull-ups ~20 throughout the day(both normal pull ups and negative pull ups counted)

So, yesterday because of work I've had literally no time to do my workout during the day, so I just biked for 30min. My legs are still sore anyways, so that's fine.
Today I did Full Circuit Day 2I'm having fun with this program!

Yesterday I've completed the Spartan Trials!!!! Did the last day, Level 1Yay badge dayyyy!!!
I kind of want to do one of the programs with dumbbells, but I first have to organize them or maybe I wish for them for christmas
So, December I will be doing the Full Circuit program!
So here we go: Full Circuit Day 1

Work right now is a lot, because of not enough sleep and too much work I did a active rest day (just like 30min of biking).
Today I did Spartan Trials Day 29 Level 1! One more day to go!
