Thanks everyone for the congrats!!
I still had vacations, so my lunch time routine got broken up. I am back at work now, so I will pick it from here I did lots of sports though, everyday a long walk, skateboarding and lots of biking, and a couple of reps of push-ups and pull-ups. But, I have to get back on track, so here I go

Sooo I kind of have vacation and I visited my grandma, I didn't write down what I did but here's what I definitely recall:
30 Days of HIIT Day 26 (Level 2) and Day 27 (Level 3). And a whoooleee lot of walking, and a bunch of pull-ups because there is also a pull-up bar in my grandmas house.

Today I will play Ultimate Frisbee, 30 Days of HIIT Day 28 (Level 1), Pushups and Squats Challenge 18, 3 sets of Negative Pullups (12/9/8), 1min plank challenge 30 (yay!!!)
30 Days of HIIT Day 22 (Level 3), 1min plank challenge 28, Hera workout (Level 1)
Also went for a 1,5h walk through the park in the evening yesterday
Turns out it's muuuuch nicer to walk outside and listen to my current audio book than laying in my bed (where I constantly doze off and miss half the story). I'll try it again today!
Today: 30 Days of HIIT Day 23, Pushups & Squats Challenge 26, 3 sets of PullUps (12, 8, 7), 3 sets of tricep dips and 3 different resistance band exercises for the upper body.
Yesterday: marching in the pride parade and lots of dancing!
Also I've gotten a couple of new tattoos last wednesday, so I took a couple of days of break to make sure they heal well
