Now I kinda feel like going on with the Spartan Trials. haha.
So here we go! Spartan Trials Day 5 (Level 1)
This was I think the first time I did proper Push-Ups in a workout!!! They got wobblier to the end, but so what!!!
Today is a very busy day, so so far I've only biked like 30min and did the Pull-Up Challenge lv1 3. I'll edit this post in case I have some more time and motivation

Yesterday: 1h of skateboarding, 2h of Ultimate Frisbee
Today: 30 Days of HIIT Day 30 (Badge dayyyyy), Pull-Up Challenge lv1 1, Push-Ups & Squats Challenge 19 (again because I dont want to move on to 15 pushups yet, I can barely handle 14 three times...)
