    Thanks Fremen & DorothyMH !!
    Yeah, I've decided to cut myself some slack and keep the streak going Yesterday was due to some timing pressure around 1h of high intensity biking

    Today some sports from the office again Unfortunately I don't have a pullup bar here, so I just do other workouts

    HELLOOO I'm back! Was a little overwhelmed for a bit. There's many new things that I had to work on and while I tried to keep up the routine to do some sport everyday, I know there's like 2 or 3 days in beginning of october where I was not able too :/ Is it a crime if I keep up my streak though D:??

    Anyways. I was on a vacation for a week and we got up every morning to go surfing in the Bretagne. It was exhausting and exhilarating.
    I was dancing, biking, and walking a lot as well.
    On Monday I started swimming! Because I want to get better in the water and I actually have an indoor swimming pool nearby. I will try to do that more often now.
    aaaand today at work finally I got back into my lunch break sports routine, doing:

    Spartan Trials Day 10 (Level 1)
    And now to round it off I will do three sets of knee pushups until exhaustion
    Happy to be back, stronger than ever!!!

    Unfortunately yesterday I really had no spare time. I did bike ~1h though.

    Weekend was a bit of active resting because everything kept hurting haha. Did mostly lots of walking and biking, in total around 10 push-ups and 5 pull-ups.
    Today: Spartan Trials Day 6 (Part 1 Level 3, Part 2 10 reps x3)

    It still hurts haha I will have to take a Spartan Trials break!
    Up, Up & Up Workout (Level 3), Core Conditioning Workout (Level 2)
    Now I kinda feel like going on with the Spartan Trials. haha.

    So here we go! Spartan Trials Day 5 (Level 1)
    This was I think the first time I did proper Push-Ups in a workout!!! They got wobblier to the end, but so what!!!
