    I think my favorite one that I share with friends that start off is the one about rest days. I'm grateful I read it because I don't think I would have maintained my streak if it wasn't for that.

    Today I felt really groggy but by the time for my workout I actually felt energized again!! (Maybe because of the coffee haha).
    I've started reading through all the guides on Darebee and I gotta say, there's some really good material and pointers there.

    aaaand 100 days consecutive workout days done!!! Dang now the next achievement is 365 days... sheeesh!
    After the weekend my vacation is over so ... I just got myself a treat which is the new Monster Hunter Rise, so I will milk my remaining two days

    Yesterdays Ultimate workout:
    * 10min of throwing
    * 10min warmup
    * 15min running & mobility exercises
    * 25min 3x5 100m interval runs
    * 15min core strength

    Today:
    Age of Pandora Chapter 22 -> A
    Abs of Steel Challenge 9
    Daily Dare + EC
    Power Up Day 25

    Puh I'm still beat from yesterdays Ultimate workout, but I feel like I'm getting better at the power up workouts Finally at day 25.
    Edit: uuuh and tomorrow is my 100th day of consecutive workout days!

    I was a little away for a couple of days, but I did my workouts so for the record :>

    5th of April: Spellbound Chapter 22 (Timestop), DD + EC, Abs of Steel 4, Power Up Day 23
    6th of April: The cake is a lie, DD + EC, Abs of Steel 5, Power Up Day 24

    Today I will take it slow because first I am just really tired and second, tomorrow is the Ultimate running training again and I need a little bit of rest
    So here's what I did today:

    Foothold Workout
    Impossible Abs 6 + 7 (finally I've caught up with April )
    Glow

    I've barely done any of the darebee yoga workouts so far and actually, not only can they be quite challenging, I've really enjoyed them!

    Thank you all Feels so good to complete and pull through with programs and challenges! And I think the gamification effect of collecting badges works on me really well
