Fighter's Codex Day 1, Negative Pull-Ups Challenge 29

Thanks Fremen I'm almost done with the negative pull up challenge and looking back I can really see the improvement. Today's sets (after like 1-2 days break) went so much better compared to like 10 days ago! I will try to keep the progression until I can do my first normal pull-up
Woah, my arms are still hurting from fighters codex day 2... This program really hits a nerve and muscles I havn't trained lately I suppose. Feels really good! Even though I'm not sure if my form of the hits and kicks are 100% correct, I feel myself getting better and the coordination, speed and balance of them. And it surprisingly feels really good to hit the air

Tuesday: active rest day Wednesday: 45min of lower body legs work, to support my knees because I'm experiencing pain and issues with my knees x_x, 1min plank challenge 7 Today: Fighter's Codex Day 6, 1min plank challenge 8, 3 sets of knee push-ups, 3 sets of negative pull-ups (8,4,4) + 2h of Ultimate Training this evening
