Today is a low day, I think I need a little bit of rest A game jam is coming up this weekend, and it's getting warmer and sunnier and it's so nice to spend time outside
The last couple of days:
Gravity Day 16 & 17 TOTALS Day 16 Ten Day 1
Over the weekend probably 3h worth of riding the bike and 30min of longboarding Roaming around outside was so much fun!!
Yesterday I've done an hour worth of an Ultimate frisbee strength workout (general strength I would say).
Today I've helped my ex-wife to move out, I'm tired and that will be my workout for today.
And that's also the reason why I've been down lately :/
It's incredible how much my routines, and that includes my workout routines, have kept me going. Time will pass, and I will start a new chapter in my life with more fitness than I've ever had!
So from now on, it's uphill again
