    Day.... um ok guess it's a new day one?

    Knocked out Day 13: Half Jacks and Day 14: Up and Down Plank in one go to make up for skipping a day. Heavy emotional energy so just focusing on top priorities and getting to what I can get to.

      Alright, back on track. Grateful for giving myself the grace to rest and make space for other priorities without losing sight of this goal. Glad these workouts are small and easy to squeeze in. Though I'm looking forward to being done with daily workouts and doing 3 or 4 days of more challenging exercises
