            Just did athena playbook day 1 3 sets 😅😭 and also caroline girven’s abs and core bodyweight epic 1 on YouTube . Gonna be sore tomorrow 😅

                      Last two days did caroline given’s epic 1 workouts on youtube.
                      Jist did athena’s playbook day 3 - 3sets and then Day 4 abs.

                        Had yesterday off as a rest day. On saturday did a 40minute workout from youtube -Caroline Girven’s ones.
                        Today did a arms and core Epic workout with C G and Athena’s playbook Day 5 Cardio - 3 sets

                          Had yesterday off a rest day, did Caroline Girven’s EPIC 40minute lower leg workout today.
                          also did my first Daily Dare!🥳 non stop.
                          Did Athena’s yoga day, and also the Herald 3sets workout 😊
                          And can do 5 consecutive push ups!🥳💪🏻

                            Last few days i’ve done a caroline girven workout on youtube and today did day 10 of Athena’s playbook 😊 triceps are sore 😂 i tend to keep two days out of the week as rest days but dont keep it the same days

                              Last couple of days i’ve done a mixture of caroline girvens Epic 1 workouts - upto day 14, and Sydney Cummings workouts = both on YouTube.
                              Just done the Story Mode workout.
                              Now using 5kg dumbbells as well.
