                    Although I was short on time from an earlier morning shift, I still rolled out of bed at the sound of my alarm for a quick work-out!

                    Exercise: Indoor Cycling (Total Gym)
                    Duration: 15 Minutes
                    Distance: 4.4 km

                    How embarrassing that I paused twice. Increased endurance will be my focus for the next couple of weeks...
