        Been feeling 'off' the last couple of days so I've dropped down to doing the march steps for travelling at Level II so that I can keep active without ending up drained.

            Anek thank you! I'm feeling better now so it clearly wasn't anything serious, and I feel way more confident about making 30 continuous days of exercise now!

            Weight: 16st 9lbs / 105.5kg / 233lbs
            Vego meals last week: 9 (I was aiming for 15, but it was a tough week, and the non-vego meals were still healthier than my previous bad habits).
            This week I've written out three go-to recipies for each meal, so that I don't have to do as much thinking about what I'm going to eat

            Day 23:
            Yoga with Adriene

            - 10 mins punches (plus half an hour spent hanging the punching bag in the garage! )
            4km walk

            Day 24:
            Yoga with Adriene

            - 12.5km hike from Mountain Pits to Swamps

            - Level I for the workout

            Day 26:

                Worked up to 10 vego meals a week, but I'm going to have to come up with some new strategies if I want to hit 20 meals a week

                    Managed to pull something in my back - sweeping up the hay that the rabbits had scattered everywhere! - so I had to take things very gently as I didn't want to aggravate it.
                    Had to pause Age of Pandora until it no longer hurt to breathe

                        Anek thank you! It's feeling better already, and I can breathe without pain which is a win! It seems okay as long as I take things slow, which means I can carry on my journey through Pandora

                          I've just been feeling so tired this last week and work got stressful, so it's been harder and harder to find the motivation to exercise, and then the inevitable happened, I forgot to exercise yesterday

                          So, starting again at Day 1 today, and hoping to make it past 40 days consecutive exercise this time!

                          I haven't been keeping track of the little bits I've been doing this week - but thankfully the Age of Pandora game has been tracking me! Currently Chapter 27 - with 6 out of 10 nests destroyed so far.

                              Anekthank you! It's slowly getting easier to just do a little bit every day, and I'm hoping that I can make the 60 Days badge this time

                              I've figured out why I've been so tired lately, I seem to have caught another bug, and it wasn't until the sinus/ear infection that I realised I was ill (I have meds for it now, so hopefully I'll be on the mend quickly!)
