    Fresh Start

    I know exercise makes me feel happier and more confident, and I know yoga gets rid of all the little aches and pains that my body seems to acquire, but so far I haven't managed to get a routine to stick.

    So, I'm hoping that setting clear and specific goals, and starting a new log, will help me get there!

    Year-long goals:
    Lose 52lbs over the year
    Follow the Vego meal plan, eat way more fruit and veg, drink enough water, and cut out caffeine.
    Exercise every day for at least 10 mins - I'm going to do Age of Pandora because it's always been calling out to me
    Yoga with Adriene every day to get rid of all the little aches and pains and to de-stress.

    [I'm excluding holidays - if I have any, and days when there's emergencies - hopefully 2021 will have less of them for me!]

    Mid-term goals:
    Lose 13lbs by the end of March
    Finish Age of Pandora by end of March

    Short-term goals:
    Lose 4lbs by the end of January
    Hit 30 days of continuous exercise!
    Work up to 20 meals a week with the vego meal plan over the next month.

    Current Weight: 107kg / 16st 13lbs / 237lbs

    Day 1:
    Yoga with Adriene
    Age of Pandora - Chapter 1 - Level I

    Day 2:
    Yoga with Adriene - Breath - Day 1
    Age of Pandora - Chapter 2 - Part I Level III / Part II Level I

            gck thank you! I've been enjoying the Breath series so far, and it's shown me just how much tension I carry in my neck and shoulders

            I'm loving Age of Pandora, and I'm hoping this is the extra motivation I need to get me through the first few months of the year!

                Fremen Age of Pandora has really grabbed my attention, and I think that's the extra motivation that I need to get back into exercising! I also like that it has a walk/run component so I can get outside (if there's not too much ice around )

                  - 240 march steps travelling from Camp to Agora Canis

                  - 240 march steps travelling from Agora Canis to Camp

                    - 3.8 km walk plus 460 march steps (it's less of an ice rink out there, but it was still hard going!)

                      Busy day filled with last-minute things for tomorrow's work event, but I managed to squeeze in a little bit of exercise! Thankfully today's chapter was a short one

                        The event went well, but it was a busy time so I had to fit exercise in where I could, and then it took me three days to recover from it all! I'm hoping to get back to a chapter a day from now on

                        - Level I for the workout

                        - 200 march steps from Mines to the Mountain Cave

                        Day 13:
                        Yoga with Adriene - Breath - Day 8
                        Age of Pandora - Chapter 10
                        - Level I for the workout

                          So, getting back into a chapter a day has been a little bit harder than I thought it would be, especially with the ice and snow outside making walking slower (but I am really enjoying the time outside!)
                          But I'm still exercising every day and that's a win!

                          Day 14:

                          - 3.4km walk from Mountain Cave to Camp

                          - 4km walk from Camp to Dreamer's Temple

                          Day 17:

                          Age of Pandora - Chapter 12B
                          - Level I for the workout

                          These days have flown by and I can't believe I've got to 15 days of continuous exercise already!
