That pulp writing course sounds interesting. I don't know what kind of audience you've got, but I would think a lot of people would be interested in that.

Hard Abs. All of those reps in one whole set. Definitely Hard Abs. Second day I'm doing this workout like that, and I felt my entire midriff aching in discomfort. It's a good discomfort, though. You know, the type you get after a tiring workout. I'll try to do that everyday again, like this: at the evening. It really doesn't take too long, it's just so hard. 50 Crunches, Cross Crunches, Heel Taps... 25 Leg Raises, Raised Leg Circles... And 50 Half Wipers... If I rest for two minutes, I can repeat that whole thing... maybe two times more. I believe I can do 3 sets of this without any issue, but I'll have to wait until next time. If I manage to do this circuit, then I'll do it around two times a week, or three times a week... Like I used to do with Triceps before alternating that with Arm Lift once Arm Lift was released. Arm Lift is harder, so I do it more often, and Triceps is my active rest.

Oh, also, Impact? It was like this:

1st set: Right after waking up
      25 Jump Squats
      25 Plank Ins
      50 Basic Burpees

      2nd set: Before lunch
      25 Jump Squats
      25 Plank Ins
      25 Basic Burpees

3rd set: Warmup before 90 Days of Action
      25 Jump Squats
      25 Plank Ins
      25 Basic Burpees

4th set: Dusk, before writing something new
      25 Jump Squats
      25 Plank Ins

Since I'm doing hundreds, I spread out the sets to do 4 throughout the day, but my biggest surprise is that I managed to do 50 Basic Burpees in one go. Victory... at a huge cost. When I did the final Burpee of those 50, I couldn't stand up properly. My thighs were wobbly, my buttocks were shivering, and I felt like I could lose my balance if I didn't sit down. I was out of breath, and had to sit on my bed for a while, before I could... limp my way to the kitchen. It was worth it, though. 50 Basic Burpees is not the badge, but it gets me closer to it. A victory is still a victory, no matter the cost... or at least, in this case, it doesn't matter. I'm looking forward for this challenge to be over, but at the same time... I don't want it to be over... Burpees are so horrible, but I want to keep doing them! I want not only the 100 Burpees In One Go badge, but also survive the Death By Burpees workout at max level with EC

And that's not mentioning the Volleyball Pro, with those Knee Tuck Jumps it has on Burpees...

Now, I don't remember if we have a meeting on the community center tomorrow or not, so I'll try to make the evening writing session quick.

I went back to an old project and decided that I should reboot it. After doing Age of Pandora, I realized that I can work that out creating my own RPG system and start out some worldbuilding that might include several stories that I've had on hold mainly because I don't know how to keep them going. Maybe just putting a set of rules can help me move forward.

But, for now, I quit my night routine. I'm having a nasty headache, and I'm very sleepy. I'm not feeling ok today, either. I got some motion sickness from watching a demo of a DooM WAD in which someone is rebuilding DooM 2016 in the original DooM. I don't know why DooM 2016 gives me some motion sickness when I watch gameplays; maybe it's the colors, but this was new. And I also got some motion sickness right now, while playing Fallout 3. That's new. And I feel tired... I had plans to write something tonight, but that just won't happen. I don't even feel like doing the Five Rites and Hard Abs, so I'm quitting tonight. Tomorrow, if I feel better, I'll do them. I'm ready to go for 7 reps on Five Rites now.

I switched days on 90DoA too, so I have some lower body workout too. All of it was just punching the hell out of ninjas.

The RPG thing sounds fun. And congrats on your 50 burpees!

CarbonaraTamara I'm not sure if something serious would come out of it by total accident, but I'll have to wait and see.

            And thanks

I'm feeling serious doms all over my body due to yesterday's training, so it was a good call to go to bed earlier.

I managed to do the night routine today, and cut down the exercise just so there was only 90DoA. Impact challenge is almost over, and I'm missing it already. At least I'm glad that tomorrow will be the last day of planks. I wouldn't mind if they were elbow planks, because I could pass the time just watching memes on my phone, but in a regular plank... it gets boring.

50 Knee Tuck Jumps in the morning, and other 50 as a warmup before Day 57, which was Ab day. I took it easy.

Also, I woke up with serious doms today from yesterday's workout. I don't regret it a bit. Knockout is fun, albeit it only makes you hit using your upper body. I'll bring in more kicks later, but tomorrow... seems like it's another upperbody day too. I know I did 400 Squats yesterday, but please, I'd like to do Strength and Combat on the lower body too, 90DoA.

I like listening to podcasts while I am exercising, which is good because I don't have to look at any particular thing to be entertained.

Great job overall, you do a huge amount of intense working out every day it looks like. I for one find it super inspiring.

I just did 3 minutes of Plank from the challenge that I almost forgot if it weren't by reading you.

I'm not really into podcasts, but when I train, I put on music. Or at least, I used to, before my speakers blew up. Nevertheless, some times, I just turn on the radio. There's one station where they have a live DJ that puts on classic (and sometimes new) rock music at the time I work out. Sadly, she doesn't work on the weekends, so on Saturdays, I don't listen the radio. However, my phone has rescued me. Whenever I remember, I usually put the music I listened to.

Speaking of it, logging now, because I'm not really in the mood of double posting.

I did every plank listening to a different song from the same band. That helped pass the time, and I'm done with the planks on the Impact challenge. It's almost over now.

Not much of a workout day, though. I accidentally took a nap (I laid down on my bed for a bit, and all of the sudden, I fell asleep), and since I didn't realize the horrible posture I got, I woke up with a nasty pain on my back. It's like a bad case of torticollis. No combat workout today, so I only refrained to 90DoA...

I'm feeling better from the pain. Maybe I should say that I should be more careful, but I didn't realize I fell asleep until I woke up. I simply passed out on my bed, and I don't know how or why it happened. Maybe it's because I didn't sleep well last night. Also, I had a bad dream too...

Due to the back pain, I replaced Hard Abs with Crop Top with Megaset. There's less movement there, plus the twists help with the back. That's why I got the Upperbody Stretch as a cooldown from 90DoA.

Ripping off Fremen's link for this, but I did 3 Chakrasanas for 30 seconds tonight. A stupid idea, I thought to myself, but it's a stretch I used to do for warmup on my swimming days. And I still got it! I'm surprised it didn't bother my back.

E: Damn, I forgot to add the music. No problem, I'll add it right now!

That unplanned nap destroyed my planks for drawing (0/7)
Forced myself to finish one story. I'd say it's crap, but that's like saying "my cake is crap" just after gathering all the ingredients (1/7)
It's the very first thing I did today. Mostly technique, but I've been reading Joplin and started playing slowly (1/7)

Linking tomorrow, because right now I just want bed.

It's been... a long day. The good news is I'm almost done with Impact! The 120 reps day is done, and all that's left is just 120 Calf Raises, and that's it. I've built up quite the endurance, so it was a good call. I should do Burpees more often, even if I hate them a lot. Just doing them on Monday isn't enough.

Pretty much a lazy day too. That's the most physical thing I did today. Everything was just lie down on the floor and stretch.

Going to bed now. It's quite late.

Not posting again. There was a powercut on the afternoon too, so I shortened my training...

Today has to be different, though.

Anyway, last night, I spent more time editing than doing anything else, so I forgot to post. I even wrote a couple of sentences on bed. I'm getting lazy on my writing too, or maybe distracted. I have to figure it out quick, since I'm on my way to turn pro now.

Anyway, Impact challenge: done. That was quite horrible. But it was worth it. I could do 50 Basic Burpees in one go before Day 29, and that's a victory. Walk & Run was just a filler, but also done. Now, it's time for 50 Burpees a Day, or more like, 50 (Basic) Burpees a Day. I gotta keep my endurance up before adding the Push-up.
