      This week was tough. But, I'm feeling way better than at the beginning.
      The best thing I noticed was that I'm more flexible than before. I've been including evening stretching in the hopes that I'll be able to do some yoga in the near future.
      Let's see how this will progress.

      Oh, a plus thing I've got after all this workout routine was some weight loss. I've lost +/- 2kg so far.

            I'm so happy!! Let's see how far I go.

            Got a new set of videos and challenge. Chloe's programs are very nice and more importantly doable. I'm such a clumsy and uncoordinated human being that sometimes I can surprise myself. Even so, I've survived! Still going strong.

            Idk what you guys like to do to keep motivated but I tried a couple of things, images to look at and quotes to inspire in the hopes it would fill me with a bit of energy to get it done. And, surprisingly, I found that watching ballerinas and dancers training works best for me. I don't know why, but watching people training, be it at the gym or at home, doing great amounts of reps and all is just tiring. Also, those short TikTok clips of people showing off and sharing their workouts routines are just... depressing. (lol) Guess my brain doesn't feel they are actually working out. So, here I am, watching ballerinas doing their stretching routines while following my own set.

                  So, for this week more improvements in flexibility. Got to fully touch my forehead on the knees during stretching. Working my way to the side splits. Hope I can do it soon.

                  The weather is changing and it's getting cooler, which helps me a little not to die of dehydration. Not so long ago we were getting almost 40C and working out with this high temperature was making me dizzy pretty quickly.

                      Wow, 10 years of yoga! That's so nice!!
                      I hope I can do some soon. I wish I was stronger, even a little, to do some yoga but as I see it I'll have to work a little longer before that.


                      The thing with my flexibility, I guess I have my genes to thank for. My mom is quite flexible, she has always been, so I think I may have inherited this part.
                      Though I've been working out religiously in the past few weeks. I promise. Heheh
