    Well done on the Cardio challenge, PSW!

      Thank you Colin , I finished it last month but am using the last day as a cardio "warm up" to get my heart race gently up for the exercise session.

      Yesterday I did Day 25 of the easy abs challenge, 2*10 one legged bridges, easy cardio "warm up", warrior III, and at level III

      Today I did Day 26 of the easy abs challenge, 30 sec wall squat, easy cardio "warm up", warrior III, and a good restorative yoga practice

      13 consecutive days of exercising (D1 16/02)

      Good week - weight stable, knee and back fine, 7 days of meditation, and 139 minutes of exercise at at least moderate HR. That's my kind of exercise week

        ETA : as you can see, I have kinda adapted my program for more at-leat-moderate HR time:
        Start with the cardio warm up
        do at least 30 mins total of exercise between the cardio warm up, knee - abs - balance work, and workout

        with the weekly workout schedule adapted to:
        Monday Cardio level 3
        Tuesday yoga
        Wednesday strength-tone workout level 3
        Thursday yoga
        Friday upper body strength tone workout level 3 (for all the arm balance / head stand / shoulder stand asanas that need that I strengthen this part)
        Saturday either strength tone or cardio level 3, depending on my mood
        Sunday restorative (yin?) yoga

        We will see how it turns out.

                Today I did Day 28 of the easy abs challenge, 2*10 pistol squats easy cardio "warm up", Tree, and a good yoga session.

                15 consecutive days of exercising (D1 16/02)

                And in personal news, the preliminary sales agreement for my appartment is signed Now they have until 26th of April to get their loan, and then it will be "written in stone"

                            17 consecutive days of exercising (D1 16/02)!
