            I almost gave you early congratulations for the one year of working out and now I'm glad I didn't. I'm sure, though, that you'll get there. You're a determined wolf, after all.

                  HUgs wjs , and thanks for your encouragement. It is just a streak, lost it already a few times, it serves as encouragement, not beat-down when broken. So we will start afresh!

                  6 consecutive days of exercising (D1 16/02)

                  This week I did 6 days of meditation (so, good), weight stable, knee and back fine. For the heart rate, total of 61 minutes at at least moderate HR, really not enough.
                  Pondering if I should start doing some stuff like the late days of the Easy Cardio challenge as warm up before exercising to get enough HR increase during exercise. I will think about it, may do that next week.

                  ETA on non-sport life : I have an acqueror at a good price for my appartment, now hoping we can sign (electronically, thanks to COVID and technology) the compromise this week. Then it will be waiting game for his legal retractation time, plus time legal delay to get a loan, but all that is out of my own hands, so ... Big breath and letting go. And Lent season is starting. I barely noticed it last year since still in the hospital / barely out, but I shoud mark it well this year. May it be a season of growth and blessings to all here

                          And Lent season is starting. I barely noticed it last year since still in the hospital / barely out, but I shoud mark it well this year.
                          It caught me off guard this year, because Ash Wednesday came in the midst of all the crazy weather. How do you observe the season? I usually do some additional devotional reading and spend more time in prayer/meditation. I try to really see where i am selfish, prideful, or uncharitable in my life. (Of course, i should do this always, but i really focus on it at this time.) And i make some special donations.

                            Mamatigerj , thank you. I am trying to be more regular in my prayer time, and looking on donations too, specially since with lockdown and all I have given less than usual. As you say for your own habits, a moment to rev up good spiritual growth habits.

                            Today I did Day 21 of the easy abs challenge, 2*10 one legged bridges, the before last day of easy cardio challenge, warrior III, and some yoga for armstand prep +wheel prep.

                              Today I did Day 22 of the easy abs challenge, 2*10 assisted pistol squats, the before last day of easy cardio challenge, warrior III, and at level III

                              replacing the 4 jumping lunges with 4 step back lunges. My knee seems to be quite happy with the workout.
