        This morning Yoga with Adrienne, no mid-morning break, and mid-afternoon break was Arms and Abs challenge D3 + balance poses and arms stretches. Meditation yet to be done.

                      So meditation missed yesterday.
                      This morning Yoga with Adrienne and equal breathing 5 minutes, mid-morning break was Arms and Abs challenge D3 + balance poses and arms stretches, and mid-afternoon break was at level I


                      1 year and 2 consecutive days of exercise (1 year on 02/08)

                      ETA : to comment on my plans. So, July was following sa selection of yoga videos of 30 minutes from different teachers and different styles with Yoga International website / app. In one month, I noticed clear progress in strength and stability (balance asanas, and ease in coming right from low lunges to high lunges / warriors or such in particular), I don't like the too fast or too slow classes (putting Yin classes aside, as I really enjoy them, but that's very specific), or binds ; for binds maybe I'd need a more in-person class, I guess, it is too internal for my taste. A nice speed, and a few challenging poses, and I am a happy , learning, camper . The male teachers who are supposed to be more about strength are quite fun, maybe my favorite, LOL.

                      This month, I am going to try Adrienne's monthly schedule, we will see. Monday was too "slow" to my taste, rest was good - wednesday morning particularly fun. Now, after a month with other teachers, I notice she is indeed more chatty than most, but I do well with her cues, so that doesn't bother me.I will add some more balance poses and shoulder stretches the days where her videos are below 20 mins (30 mins is too long when I have to work).

                      I may also had a goal to work on equal breathing / cardiac coherency. As it is, it does NOT lower my heart rate (which would be quite useful to me). A recurrent recommendation I have seen is to do 5 minutes of cardiac coherency, 6 breaths/minutes, 3 times a day, to see an effect. I have never really done it 3 times a day, even when I was in rehab (I'd do it again in the evening if I remembered). So I am pondering giving myself a challenge of 3 sessions of cardiac coherency / day for a month, to see if I make progress. I haven't signed on the line yet but pondering it seriously.
