    Yesterday evening reading,and two self care steps done.

    This morning Plank Hero D19, yoga 20 mins, no meditation..

    321 consecutive days of exercise, Day 300 was May 29th.

    This week, 5 days out of 7 walking at least 5,000 steps or going to the gym (heat plus business), meditation 6 days. Reading good ; and evening self care good 5 evenings out of 7 . Fish eaten three times.
    Globally, this year, goals reached were

    Walking at least 5,000 steps at least 6 days: 19 weeks/22
    Meditation at least 6 days: 20 weeks/22
    reading at least 15 minutes: 20 weeks out of 22
    evening self care two steps at least 6: 20 weeks out of 22
    eating fish at least once a week: 22 weeks out of 22

            Lunchtime was yoga class. afternoon break was Plank Hero D22 30 reps, ooof.

              Afterwork was body balance class, as I know I won't be able to make it to the gym on Saturday.

                  The WE is starting well, I got the secure, reinforced door for my appartment, so I can leave for Bretagne in full peace of mind.

                    I wll be leaving for Bretagne on Thursday evening, yay! One month vacation, and one month telecommuting. That changes a bit my habits list. When in St Malo, for the vacation month, I will put ithe walking goal at 5 days a week, not sure what I will do for August.
                    I don't get to chose the menu, so fish eating "bulletpoint" will get out - but with mom, I don't worry, this will happen, besides, the habit has clearly been taken I am pondering if I should take a fruit eating at least X times a week goal when back, we will see.

                    Meditation I will keep, it matters to keep the habit even during vacation ; and for the reading and evening habits, I am not too sure how this will be set up in the new environment, we wlll see.

                    Counting the days until vacation!!!

                        Covid alert here... Yesterday I woke up with blocked sinuses and a strong headache, but I chalked it up to allergies. That happens. The dray progresses (luckily, at church we are encouraged to mask), and I feel icky-er (I think the secretions were giving me some start of nausea), until, early evening, I start shivering like crazy. I took my temperature... Yeah, strong fever. That's when this sometimes-not-bright wolf realised what it could be. And autotest was clearly positive... So there we go.

                        I took paracetamol, washed my nose with sulfur water yesterday and today, used peppermint oil to relieve the headache and sinus ache today, and am already doing quite better than yesterday. Now I cross my fingers the test will turn negative tomorrow or Wednesday morning, so that I can travel Thursday evening (masked of course, but that'd be a possibility). If not, I have to wait until next Monday to go to St Malo. I have a fairly good immune system, so I am reasonably optimistic, but I know odds are not 100% on my side.

                        So, this morning's exercise was quite lighter than supposed to be, to let my body rest, but still I did exercise

                        This morning was 5 minutes equal breathing and

                        I slightly modified it by replacing 6 with Garudasana (eagle pose), and 9 with shoulder stretching (the one where you point one elbow up, hand in back, and use the other hand to gently pull the elbow more toward your vertical axis). I liked it, found it quite complete that way.

                        Mid-morning break was Plank Hero D27 30 reps,

                            So good that you managed to do those workouts, even though they were lighter ones! I'm not sure I could have done that myself in that situation...
