Thank you Fremen , Anek , ,Mamatigerj , and @Zastria! new glasses are awesome, no call from the realtor (so I guess the people are taking their Sunday to make an offer) ... My parents are taking on the vaccine very well, no secundary effect so far.

This morning 2*10 one legged bridhes, 2*15 leg raises, half moon asana (starts to stick!) and handstand prep (I feel my arms so I have gained strength there, even if not quite there!), and a 20 min yoga session centered on core strength, with loads of variations on boat. Fun!

341 consecutive days of working out (330 days on January 20th).

ETA the week's overview. Weight stable, the knee was tender a bit after all the squats of Cronus (and garland pose is a no-no) but it did not last. 7 days of breathing or meditation exercises. And a total of 159 minutes of exercise at al least moderate HR so yay!

Thank you NancyTree and CODawn ! One year is approaching...

Today Easy abs challenge D6, 2*10 assisted pistol squat , warrior III, Reboot D6 Level II.

Feeling very very tired those last two days, I think I may have overestimated my strength and overworked for an office report. Been resting and napping today, will do the same tomorrow.

Mamatigerj That looks like the visualisation of a saying we have in Dutch. Litterally translated: 'rather (be) lazy than tired'

Thank you Mamatigerj and NancyTree ... Already feeling better.

This morning I did Easy abs challenge D7, 2*10 assisted pistol squat , warrior III, Reboot D7 Level II.

All seven meditations this week, knee and back OK, weight stable. 115 minutes of exercise at at least moderate HR, so that's dismall compared to last week. Maybe the beginning of Reboot is a bit "too" slow ? We will see.

Congrats on your Easy Cardio challenge! Reboot gets a lot harder quickly if you adjust the rest, btw.
