Today I did 2*10 one legged bridges, 2*15 crunches, half moon and handstand preps, and at level II
Nice complete one with the push ups, squats and all.
332 consecutive days of working out (330 days on January 20th).
Today 30 secs wall squat, 2*15 kicks, half moon asana, handstand prep, and a good dynamic yoga session.
334 consecutive days of working out (330 days on January 20th).
7 days of meditation or breathing exercises, weight stable, knee and back happy campers. Roughly 134 mins of exercise at least at moderate, sos better than last week, it suits me.
