Thank you all for the grats! It's been a crazy week, and should still have 2 quite loaded weeks before things get a little bit more normal, both workwise and homewise. The promise for the new appartment is signed, and date for the finite sale of old appartment should be the second week of June. Then a few health exams and issues to be done, and we will go back to Bretagne for most of summer.

Thursday cardip, crunches, assisted pistol squats, half moon asana, and yoga.
Friday cardio, flutter kicks, bridges, half moon asana, and at level II

Saturday cardio, leg raises, bridges, half moon asana, and at level II

Sunday cardio, crunches, assisted pistol squats, half moon asana, and yoga.

Knee isn't the happiest camper, I have to be careful next week. Meditation was done, 6 days this week.

104 consecutive days of exercise (90 days on 16/05)

Well... Another round on the merry-go-around of heart issues. I woke up Thursday morning to my mechanical heartbeat (the click of my mechanic mitral valve) sounding not normal. Indeed my sport watch showed an increased heart rate, and the ECG function detected atrial fibrillation
So after confering with my cardiologist by phone, she sent me to the ER of the hospital where I had had my surgery. Once I showed up there, it went very fast _ a mere 20 minutes to get an ECG, which confirmed my watch's findings, and they whisked me to intensive care cardiology unit. To make things short, after 3 days of another drug, my heart calmed, so I avoided a shock, and was released yesterday.

But that means that, most probably end July, I will get another intervention (light, but with anaesthesia) to go burn other bundles in my heart to prevent arrythmia. Sigh.
The new drug, amiodarone, isn't the easiest (slows my heart to the limit of being light-headed), and of course my INR (score of anti-coagulation) went through the roof with it so I have also this to stabilie.

BUT I am here, alive, and got very good treatment.

In the meantime I was forcefully told to take it easy (specially this week) so it may be mostly yoga until surgery.

Geeez, that’s a bummer! Take good care until you can get that bundle ablation treatment! I hope the amiodarone won’t cause you icky side effects😰
