          Thank you all for the encouragements I will be so glad of a new , bigger appartment once all that is done , it is worth it.

          Monday Cardio warm up, abs, knee exercise, half moon, and yoga (this was a very busy day!)
          Tuesday Cardio warm up, abs, knee exercise, half moon, plow pose and at level II

          Today Wednesday, Cardio warm up, abs, knee exercise, half moon, plow pose, and at level II


          86 consecutive days of exercise (60 days on 16/04)

              Saturday cardio warm up, knee exercise, half moon, and at level II

              Sunday / today cardio warm up, knee exercise, half moon, and restorative yoga.

              90 consecutive days of exercise (60 days on 16/05)

              So, 7 days of meditation, 6 days out of 7 more than 5,000 steps/day, back fine, weight a little bit down, and about 149 mins of exercise at heart rate at or over moderate. My knee protested yesterday, but somehow I think I spent too much time squatting over / dragging stuff to prepare for the move. Knee is fine today, I am more careful about not squatting while going over my stuff but taking a cushion and positioning myself better / more consciously.
