      Huzzah!!! On one hand, cerberous greeter can be good- if line is long and you stand there 45 mins then get turned away.... on the other hand, I am very glad she didn't chase you away!

            So Friday 9th I did the easy cardio warm up, 2*15 leg raises, 2*10 one legged bridges, warrior III, plow pose prep, and at level II


            Saturday 10th yesterday I did the easy cardio warm up, 2*15 crunches, 30 secs wall squat, warrior III, yoga, and plow pose prep.

            Today I did the easy cardio warm up, 2*15 flutter kicks, 2*10 assisted pistol squats, warrior III, and yin yoga.
