Thank you Colin , it is nice to really feel the longer days. You can really start to feel them getting longer after Imbolc / St Brigit's Day / candlemas, but now it sure it

Today I did my "easy cardio" warmup, 2*15 crunches, 30 secs wall squat,Tree pose, and yoga.
In shouderstand, little by little trying to work my elbows and shoulderblades better behind, it is really stiff. But step by step it will come!

It sort of is, DorothyMH !

So, we drove back to the Parisian area because I have to prepare for the move if the appartment sale works out, and medical appointments. But things may be getting way more confined ... We will see. I hope my parents can go back to bretagne if confinment gets worse.
But overall, yesterday and today I had to do with shorter workouts.

Yesterday my "easy cardio" warmup, and yoga
Today my "easy cardio" warmup, and tried the new Glow workout. Had about only energy for so much. But I walked well (8,000 steps) to get to a medical appointment.

I just cannot understand those eshoulderstand preps that start in plow ... as I can't do plow. May be rigidity in my upper back, may be fear of hurting my lower back, but ... I just cannot understand / get to plow. Maybe something else to research.
At least, with proper positioning, I can do a half-decent shoulderstand. But not that way, noo...

7 days of meditation, definitly gotta keep this up with the stress of appartment selling / searching / loan negociating / moving prep., plus of course too much at work... I definitly need it!
Knee and lower back are both doing good. I exercise a total of 138 minutes at or above moderate HR. And I walked at least 4,000 steps every day.

And of course, Happy Easter to all! to other Christians, He is risen! and to non-christians, enjoy the chocolate, good times!
