        Today I did my "easy cardio" warmup, 2*15 crunches, 2*10 unassisted pistol squats, Tree pose, and at level II

        I had done the yoga yesterday because after having dragged the vacuum cleaner around and having moved a heavy carpet, I was more in mood for a big stretch, so yoga, and did a darebee workout today. Nice one.
        Yesterday we did a good walk, but it was extremely windy and heart rate went quite up, even though we changed path for a less windy street! I will add that walk to the total exercice time.

        27 consecutive days of exercising (D1 on 16/02)

        This week seven days of meditation, walk outside every day I didn't work, knee and back fine (and the knee seems to agree with the additional walking so that's a very good sign), and in total 206 minutes at at leat moderate HR exercise. Good week!

            Thanks Colin , wind's one of the very few downsides to being at the sea - here, when wind's on... wow! Sunday and today the wind's much more reasonible.
