            Today I did my "easy cardio" warmup, 2*10 unassisted pistol squats, Tree pose, some armstand prep, and at level II

                Today I did my "easy cardio" warmup, 2*10 one sided bridges, Tree pose, some armstand prep, and at level II 1/2 :

                with a yoga block between my knees for the squats, and using two blocks for the jumping lunges. Knee protection is the name of the game, kiddos!

                  Today I did my "easy cardio" warmup, 2*15 leg raises, 30 secs wall squat, Tree pose, some armstand prep, and restorative yoga

                  20 consecutive days of exercising (D1 16/02).

                  So, this week 7 days of meditation, knee and lower back fine, and a total of 162 minutes of exercise at at least moderate heart rate, so that's a positive week!
