Successfully made convincing (and delicious) tofu omelettes today and a new sweet cardamom bread. π
Congratulations on your wheel pose too! I have always found that pose challenging as well. I can do it. But wow it takes a lot of strength. (Meanwhile, for some people it is easy. It's a flexibility thing. Those who have ample backbending mobility for wheel don't need as much strength to do the pose as those of us for whom wheel is a pretty extreme backbend.)
