    I'm not looking forward to summer; Liam was born in late summer so he knows it, but he's also since experienced a winter. My poor baby. Thank goodness for air conditioning!

    The trick to the tahini cookies will be in getting my mother to try them. If I manage that - and she likes them - I will have won big time.

                  DorothyMH It was a good introduction to different types of stretching, though I still prefer yoga for flexibility. Stronghold was my favorite of the 7 days.

                              So wheel pose has forever been the yoga thing I couldn't do, even though I haven't had trouble with other backward bendy movements. I could just never straighten my arms, even with coaching from various yoga instructors, YouTube videos, tutorials and a lot of trying. But I've always figured I would figure it out one day, and today, apparently, was that day. On a whim, I started trying some new YouTube videos, at first with no more success than before. But then some magic happened and I found myself halfway up and so stunned I dropped back to the floor. I tried it again, and boom I was in wheel pose. 😲 I confirmed I could replicate it, and now I have a starting point for improving it.
