                  ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ I finished up 30 Days of Yoga today. It was a good way to integrate a little dose of yoga into my day on a consistent basis. I haven't done any kind of regular practice for quite some time, and I found the short routines have helped me to start paying better attention to my body once again.
