                Ha, thankfully not the squats DorothyMH I'm pretty fond of them and generally am happy to be doing them. The struggle is sticking with an afternoon workout time, which used to never be a struggle but just is now for some reason?

                    Went to a baseball game today, and it was glorious. I used to think I didn't like watching sports, but I am definitely a sucker for live baseball.

                    I started Counting Victories today because that inner critic is getting loud. Day one may have been more challenging than the wall sit in today's squats challenge.
