Today I realized that I've been trying to force myself into a routine that I haven't had since before I left to travel last summer, and I've basically been avoiding anything challenging because of it. That routine didn't happen all at once, I'd built it bit by bit over time. So, I'm focusing now on building the little habits all over again, one at a time. First up is getting back into the habit of doing something fitness-related, even if it's tiny, in the morning and in the afternoon. I haven't broken my streak, but I haven't exactly been pushing myself, either. Onward.

Congrats on the walking challenge!
Starting small and adding additionals over time usually works best, good luck building a new routine.
