Part 2, I thought it would be a good idea to do the blindfolded balance in the kitchen so that I could catch myself if I lost my balance with something covering my eyes. That worked against me because I found myself turning minutely and bumping into the fridge and then I had to touch my toes down to regain my balance. Not quite like the guy in Roma. Part 3 โ€“ 3m3s

          The challenges all did the trick in re-establishing some habits. I'm back into a meditation and morning water groove. I started the daily gratitude challenge today. I've been feeling sort of...less than positive recently and gratitude usually helps me turn it around.

                            Woke up headachy and sluggish and decided to not push too hard on fitness or work today. I ended up doing more than I expected on all fronts but feeling like I'd had an easy day. And my energy returned to normal. Go figure.
