                              JCU Thanks! I felt pretty wimpy (I don't think it was more than 90 degrees), but the long walk with steep hills with the sun directly overhead got to me. Humidity is a whole different beast. You can escape from the sun but not from the humidity. I guess we all get different challenges from our environments.

                                We found some non-diary ice cream made with avocados, and it's tasty. Unfortunately, I gave into the temptation to eat the Java Chip flavor before bed and can confirm that it does contain caffeine and it will keep me awake for a while. So now...what is the optimal time to eat it? After breakfast?
