    ✅ 1 minute yoga – Day 20
    ✅ Knee Push-Ups – Day 20
    ✅ Meditation – Day 20
    ✅ Daily Dare - 2 minute tricep dip hold, no EC (why does my arm get tingly?)
    ✅ No Screens After Dinner (yesterday)

    No Spartan Trials or 30 Days of Yoga today.

    Woke up at zombie o'clock again, but I managed to get out for a sunrise run/hike at a mountain park nearby. It was a gorgeous morning.

              ✅ Foundation Light – Day 15, Level 3, no rest
              ✅ Abs & Core Challenge – Day 10
              ✅ Daily Dare – 60 scissors with EC
              ✅ 1 minute yoga – Day 22
              ✅ Meditation – Day 22
              ✅ 8 weeks to 5k – Day 7
              ✅ Foam Roll

                  Thanks! GentleOx The doggo loves the trail, but she rarely poses for photos. I'm enjoying the variety in activity right now. It helps that a lot of things only take a couple of minutes.

                    ✅ Bike ride (running errands, 3-4 miles)

                    ✅ Foam Roll

                    Squats: 120
                    ✅ Squat Patrol Week 8 complete

                    Busy day, which took away from afternoon fitness time, so no Spartan Trials.
