    For life and the love of it ๐ŸŒฑ

    I found DAREBEE back in September, and both the workouts and the Hive were some of the best discoveries of 2020 for me. I've been on a fitness journey for a long while, but Iโ€™ve been very lone wolf about it. I realized recently that I like interacting with folks on a similar path. So here I am, and Iโ€™m so glad that the Hive exists.

    I have a number of goals-in-progress, and right now Iโ€™m focusing on improving trail running pacing, strength (with special care not to forget about my upper body), and flexibility. Iโ€™ve been playing with using some of the 30 day challenges to make a light flow in the morning, and my mornings are better for it.

            I'm not really clear on whether "knee push-up hold" means to hold the push-up at the top or the bottom of the push-up. I've been holding it at the top, but I tried holding at the bottom today and like the challenge better.

                  Skipped Gravity today because it's a lot of leg work, and my legs have already had enough for today.

                  It felt great to get outside this morning. We got very little rain this fall, and everything is looking very brown. Not sure why this poor saguaro fell down.
