          A very relaxed Saturday. I didn't sleep well unfortunately, stupid work messes with my sleep, but I got up at the usual time and even managed to be productive while at the same time relaxing.

          Before breakfast
          ​​​​​​​- 2 rounds sun salutations
          - 60 Days of Cardio day 26, level 3 non stop, 1 double, 1 triple, 1 double sets
          - Spartan Trials day 26, level 1
          - Daily Dare with EC, 1 minute march jacks

          Then it was laundry, picking, cleaning, and freezing green beans, and sunshine with a book. Can't complain!

                Today I did almost nothing! I like it! Just picking more zucchini and freezing half of them, and cooking the rest.
                My husband got a new toy, a lathe machine for metal, and today it was unpacking and setting up day. It's pretty cool I have to admit! Now I want to come up with fun things to make with it.
                I also finished an ok book, The Toymakers, and there's a patchwork dog throughout and now I want to make one. I have an idea how, let's see if I can draft the kind of pattern I have in mind.

                Before breakfast
                - 2 rounds sun salutations
                - 60 Days of Cardio day 27, level 2, megasets non stop. I love split jacks!!
                - Spartan Trials day 27, 3 sets with 4 kg non stop, and 3 sets with 8 kg and 2 minutes rest. Part 2 level 1, 1 minute rest
                - August challenge day 1, 3 x 20 side leg raises. A challenge that does not increase the number of repetitions or set exponentially??? Maybe it's an oversight but I'll take it!
                - Daily Dare with EC, 2 minutes high knees

                        What a Monday! I woke up at 4am and couldn't fall asleep again. When I talked to a team mate this morning he said he had had the same issue. This is getting unsustainable!

                        Before breakfast

                        - August challenge day 2, planks

                        Before dinner
                        - 2 rounds sun salutations
                        - 60 Days of Cardio day 29, level 1 non stop
                        - Spartan Trials day 28, level 1, 1 minute rest, balance
                        - Spartan Trials day 29, level 1 abs

                        Tomorrow we have the farewell party for my favorite colleague so I won't have time to do any workout before dinner, and I don't like to do jumping jacks in the apartment so I went ahead and did it all today, so tomorrow it'll be yoga and the challenge only.
