    There are basically three main components of fitness - cardio, strength and agility. People generally focus on the first two and don't even think about the third. There are a lot of exercises on this site that incorporate agility into strength or cardio training, but the star tapping is one that focuses almost solely on this ability.

      I just caught thing in Star tapping....I love this workout. It helps me with balance.

              Today was a non-day. Nothing special happened, work was *almost* boring, the weather was sunny but cold... A non-day.

              Before breakfast
              - 2 rounds sun salutations
              - 30 DoH day 27, level 1, cardio
              - Total Abs day 27, 2x 100 flutter kicks

              Before dinner
              - WoD Total Blast, level 1, 30 seconds rest
              - 2 rounds sun salutations
              - Total Abs day 27, 2x 100 flutter kicks, so in total done at level 1
              - 90 DoA day 57, level 1, abs
              ​​​​​​​- Daily Dare with EC, 1 minute elbow clicks
              - 30 minutes walk in the sunshine with my husband, woohoo! I managed to drag him outside!

              Then a lovely stir fry for dinner, and now back to Terry Pratchett.

                    An extremely windy day today! Especially as we're not used to so much wind here. It felt like my hometown, which is famous for its wind!

                    Another almost boring day at work. I clocked out at 16:45, haven't managed to do this in ages.

                    Before breakfast
                    - 2 rounds sun salutations
                    - 30 DoH day 28, level 1, cardio
                    - 90 DoA day 58, 50 squats

                    Throughout the day
                    - 250 squats in sets of 50 or 100

                    Before dinner
                    - 40 minutes run, 5.85 km. Same pace as Sunday although I thought I was going faster, but I stopped to take some pictures because I went a different path, along the river, and I saw a swan. I thought swans lived in parks, not in the middle of nowhere like where I live.
                    - 50 squats
                    - 2 rounds sun salutations
                    - Total Abs day 28, level 3, lower back
                    - 50 squats, with this 90 DoA day 58 is completed
                    - Daily Dare with EC, 1 minute raised leg circles

                    I repotted the aubergines, so they'll be bigger and happier at planting time. I should probably also repot the tomatoes and the peppers but I'm out of space, and I think they can hold two more weeks until they go into the ground.

                        Today was pouring rain the whole morning, and really cold the whole day. I'm so glad I ran yesterday!
                        Work: the entire afternoon was spent together with a colleague finding answers for our lawyers so that they can argue a case in court where someone who is already highly paid is using his position as member of the works council to try and get even more money.
                        5 man hours that were spent for this idiot instead of for the employees we're supposed to be there for, and he's supposed to be representing. The abuse of power of this WC is mind-blowing. And these were 5 man hours on top of the about 15 we've already spent in the last months.
                        I was very happy to have punches in my workout tonight, they were really well aimed with lots of force.

                        Before breakfast
                        - 2 rounds sun salutations
                        - WoD, The Bard, level 1, 30 seconds rest
                        - 30 DoH day 29, level 1, abs

                        Before dinner
                        - 2 rounds sun salutations
                        - Workout Sparks will fly, level 1, 30 seconds rest
                        - 90 DoA day 59, level 1, inclined push ups, punches, etc
                        - Total Abs day 29, level 0.66 (2 sets only, it was too much)
