    A good and productive day!

    Progress was made on emails and I had good conversations with my colleagues.

    Before breakfast
    - 2 rounds sun salutations
    - 20 posture each
    - Quick warmup
    - Total Burn day 2, level 2 non stop, jumping jacks
    - Abs&Arms challenge day 2

    Before dinner
    - 30 minutes walk
    - 2 rounds sun salutations
    - 20 posture each
    - Carbon & Dust day 2

      Wow a belated congratulations on 600 days and challenges!! I'm excited to hear how you like Carbon & Dust as that one is on my bucket list for someday

        Carbon & Dust so far is rather more intense than I had expected. But it's nice too.

        A good and intense day. Just normal.

          Another normal day. Less meetings, so more stuff done.

          - Carbon & Dust day 4, 5 sets instead of 7 and only half the burpees. It's a tough program especially in 29 degrees

          Nothing planned for the evening other than relaxing and enjoying the terrace.

              DorothyMH the 5th time actually it's such a great morning program!

              Such a busy day! Felt busier than the rest of the week despite being Friday. But my to do list looks a lot better!

                A very good day! It rained a lot overnight so the temperature is back to a level where we can do work outside. So we moved some stones, got sand, and then removed an old door and its frame from the wall, as we need to brick it up (hence the sand). And I painted some boards.

                  I vote fries with peanut curry sauce!

                  I'm going through Total Burn for the second time just to get my stamina back after being ill so much. It's a great program and I enjoy working out with the video.

                    Lady Celerity and indeed fries with peanut curry sauce it was! This sauce is sooooooo good! I had the leftovers at lunch with some tofu. Yummy!

                    A nice cooler day! Finished the painting in the morning, then relax the rest of the day. My kind of Sunday!

                      Hey, I'm glad you recovered, I can totally relate to the painful and slow post-covid recovery.
                      I'm a little bit jealous about the fires and peanut sauce with tofu, sounds so yummy!

                        Today was office day, so ofc I have a headache. This office is not good for me... But I met a friend for dinner and we had yummy burgers on pink buns. And purple ice cream.

                        Now to bed and hopefully the headache will go away.

                          Pink buns and purple ice cream... Can you elaborate? Are they coloured with food dye or is it something like red beets?
