        Today I did 30DoG and the Daily Dare... and then went to some friends and played monopoly. Naturally that was frustrating so afterwards I beat up their punching bag a bit which was very satisfying and nice to see that I can still somewhat punch and haven't lost everything I learned from when I took kickboxing for a couple years

        Then I wanted to get a pair of heavier dumbbells bc I want to start Xpress Tone but obviously, it's the first of january so the fitness section at the store is pretty picked over.... oh well, I can wait a couple days.

        Also my main skating friend is coming back tomorrow! So hopefully soon I'll go skating again too

        All in all 2021 is pretty good sofar, but it's not even been a full 24 hours so we'll see

          Today is done! 30DoG + Daily Dare + Power Grip! And now I'm sweating like hell, I was already sweating before I started bc it's too effing warm (summer in new zealand) so time for a cool shower!

            Missed sunday, but all in all last week was pretty good, with a 6/7, Daily Dare + 30DoG every day, plus started the Power Grip challenge these last few days.

            Yesterday I wasn't active on darebee, but went skating with a friend and today I continued on 30DoG + Daily Dare + Power Grip challenge
            Also I got 5kg dumbells so may start Xpress Tone tomorrow, but I'm also going on a trip with my friend so maybe we'll just go skating after that if the weather's nice and I'm not sure when we'll be home so we'll see.

              Wow, today was exhausting, went on a trip with my friend, which was very fun but long, we didn't end up skating but did climb around at a playground next to the beach for a bit xD

              And then when I got home around midnight, instead of being wise and just going to sleep, I decided to still do my exercise.....

              Did 30DoG + DD + Power Grip challenge and I finally started Xpress Tone! Since that has a lot of "to exhaustion" exercises, I should probably track those too, got 38, 38, 30, 26 and 25 respectively on alternating bicep curls and 7/9, 6/8, 8/11, 3/6 and 5/6 respectively on right arm/left arm for tricep extensions (both with 5kg dumbbells).
              It's interesting, the limiting arm on the biceps curls was always the left one, but on the triceps extensions my left arm is stronger.

              Anyway it's 2am and desperately time to go to sleep!

                  Did another late night workout..... whoops xD Not even gonna tell y'all what time it is, you don't wanna know. But I did do 30DoG + DD + Power Grip! Not adding Xtreme Tone today, bc it's also legs and my legs are already dead from 30DoG and also I need to sleep

                  Tbf I don't currently need to get up early and whenever I'm in that situation my sleepschedule tends to move towards staying up late and getting up late. So maybe that's just the normal for me

                    Another day done, and I'm at 101 total days now!

                    Yesterday I didn't do any darebee things but I did go on a long walk with friends and did some yoga with them too so I'm just gonna say that counts.
                    Today I did 30DoG + Power Grip + Xpress Tone. Also just did some more yoga with the same friends before bed so that's nice. And now I'm off to sleep!

                        Went on a loooong skate with my friend today, which was great! Also did Power Grip just now, bc it's barely any effort so might as well.
                        It's only 11, so am I actually gonna go to sleep at a reasonable time today? We'll see!

                          Have not been on darebee in quite a while but I'm back now! Doing spellbound and it's very fun so far, though I do find it incredibly amusing that the lightning bolt spell is essentially just me punching the sky lmao

                            11 days going! Spellbound and Arms of Steel together is a lot of arms and shoulders at the moment but I don't mind that. I got my second covid vaccine shot today (wisely exercised before so I didn't have to skip today) so we'll see how I am tomorrow, maybe I'll substitute with some leg workouts we'll see

                              I've recovered pretty well from the vaccine and am now halfway through both spellbound and arms of steel which is fun! I still really enjoy both programs, though maybe next time I pick programs I should pay more attention to when they both have their more exhausting days so it doesn't align lmao
