Getting Back on Track - LilBean

    Current Weight Range: 150 - 156 lbs

    Goal Weight Range: 125 - 130 lbs
    Calorie Goal Range: 1700 - 1900

    Main Goals:

    Lose inches
    Strengthen and tone
Continue to eat a loosely keto diet (100 or less carbs per day)
Continue to do quick full body and ab-focused workouts daily, paying attention to when I need to rest
Continue to loosely track my meals and calories

    Latest Measurements:

    11/22/2020

    Neck: 12.75”
    Rt bicep: 11.5”
    Chest: 37”
    Waist: 32.5”
    Hips: 39.5”
    Rt quad: 19”

    Weight: 154 lbs

Lately, in that last month or so I have hit a bit of a plateau with my weight staying within the range of 150-155 lbs. Honestly, I have hit my first goal in getting down to this weight range and if that is as low as I go then that is fine. I will continue to focus on loosing inches by strengthening and toning my body.

I found that I have a very short attention span when it comes to workouts. If the workout is longer than 10 minutes or so I tend to tune out and get bored easily. Also, I have a tendency to lose my count when exercising so I have to set a timer for each exercise I do, and whatever I get done in that timeframe is what I get done.

I loosely follow the keto diet, mainly because I find eating lower carbs seems to keep my joints from feeling swollen and achy, and I feel better overall.

My check-in posts are going to periodic since my life/work balance is kinda of out of whack at the moment.

            Lol, Hi guys!

I’m currently playing the game “is it COVID, or is it a bad cold/Flu?” So, I can’t go to work, I’m napping hella lot more, and taking down pints of ice cream and a bag of Oreos like crazy. Actually, to be fair I do eat like that at least once a month, whether I’m feeling sick or not.

Surprisingly, my measurements haven’t really changed drastically in the past week. Which is pretty cool since my activity has plummeted the last few days.

If I could only get those blasted test results so I can get back to work I would be happier. I’m not used to being off longer than 3 days and this sucks.

Out sick 12/1-10. Stopped exercising, including my mini workouts. Ate fast food several times this week. Good news: my COVID-19 results are negative, turns out I was starting to get bronchitis. Went back to work and worked 29 hrs in two days cuz I’m awesome.

After returning to work I ended up working 79 hrs in one week. No extra workouts. I stopped trying to keep track of calories during Christmas and New Years. Just trying to balance out my cookie intake with some fruits and veggies every once in a while.

Considering I haven’t been eating healthy or doing any of my mini-workouts, these measurements aren’t too bad. My work schedule is starting to get back to normal, so this will help me get back on track. My husband wants to start working out too, but he already admits he NEEDS a workout partner to help motivate him. This will be interesting since we kinda have different schedules, he’s more of a night owl and I’m and early bird. Either I’ll move my workouts to after I get home or I’ll just do them twice, we’ll figure out what works over the next couple weeks.

Still not back on track yet for eating better and doing my mini workouts. Or even drinking enough water everyday. But I’ll get there.

I’m paying attention to what I eat, just been lax on my mini workouts again this week. I think what really threw me off was trying to flip my workout schedule around so I could be my husband’s workout partner, but that didn’t happen either. I’ll be going back to my previous morning workout schedule, and then do a round of Band-It with him in the evenings if I can stay awake long enough.
