      So it is finished. Foundation lite don and in the books. it looks like im weighing at 295 to 290 depending on my diet which is not bad i guess but its not where i was which is a plus. Im told the weight will hover not sure perhaps people who are more in the know can tell me more, all I know is im not where I was and thats positive. I also completed the 30 day abs challenge for Dec so that's cool, over all i would say outside of getting my eating and nutrition in check im doing good. Looking forward to my next 30 day workout.

            So I have been slacking...My mother passed away over the weekend and so it has been really stressful...in fact so much so that I was on the phone with my Dr this morning trying to figure out if its just stress or a heart attack lol There is this tightness that wont go away and so i downloaded that Samsung health app that test your heart bpm and o2 levels ( not sure if it works or not) but at one point it said my bpm was103 at resting. My mind wants to sleep but body just not working with me right now, and im sure the fact that i stress ate pizza and wings and drank to the point where i was sick don't help. so i am going to take a week to get better mentally and physically but then its back to it and you bet i wont give up yet. Just thought I would give you guys an update.

                  When I get really stressed I try to take a walk (with or without the dog) and I find that helpful.

                    Yeah i need to get my head back in the game and remember that life does in fact move on and that where she is now she is no longer in pain. She was proud of me for dropping the weight and doing something so i need to keep going. Thank you all for your kind words they do help.

                      Started Foundation today, and it looks like the stress has done some bad S**T to me because im back up to 294 but thats easy to fix.

                        So any suggestions on how to tighten that belly fat? i have noticed that it is there not gross or nothing lol just thought there might be a way to work on it as I work out. and also why no band workouts? i bought some of those undersun fitness bands and they are worth every penny but would love to have some basic workouts for band use

                          This is the only workout on Darebee with elastic bands but it is very good
                          As for the belly, the best way to reduce it is diet (nutrition), training serves to firm up

                              #CantStopWontStop I have decided that 2021 is for me the year of longevity. I am looking into some supplements and nootropics that can enhance my workout and my overall health. Right now im taking my multi once a day and immunity boosters with elderberry,vitamin C, and zinc The amazing workouts here everyday, and now i see there is a plant based cookbook ( im so in on that LOL) thinking of adding Resveratrol and some CoQ10 as well. anybody ever use the Resveratrol and CoQ10 ? would love to hear how it works for you or if you have other suggestions im always down for new advice and input
