    Chaotic Neutral: getting out of neutral

    Hi, so my life has been pretty sedentary. And its time that I get up and do something about it. So this I will be keeping a daily check-in log to keep track of everything.

    And today is a good day to start with. I just did the first day of Foundation. And I feel really sore, But good.

      These post aren't going to be very long but here we go

      Day2:

      did a 4 minute workout, and Day 2 Foundation workout. on level one because some of these hurt. But no pain no gain? day 2 took a little longer than day one. But I finished it. And did a recovery workout to stretch out. so far still sore. But it's not too bad.

      And one of my meals aligned with Hero meal plan. Was pretty filling.

        Day 3: A day of rest.

        I didn't do anything beyond stretching today. Standing nor sitting doesn't hurt today, but up and down motions do seem to hurt. My quadriceps sting with any bending motion I do. And my lower back, and the part just above my hamstrings are rather sore as well today, so today will be a day of resting before trying again tomorrow.

          I really fell off the wagon. But this time I have some friends working out with me, workout along side me (some times quiet literally). And we just finished day two of zero hero. And this time i need to keep this up.

                      I forgot to Check in yesterday, and I miscounted the days. But me and my friend just got Day 4,5 and 6 done. Not on the same day but yeah. We are both getting to that point were we need to push to keep going now
